For me - healthy movement is essential. I appreciate
traditional yoga philosophy and teachings and combine them with the
newest physiotherapy knowledge. I emphasize proper alignment of the body and healthy way of breathing. I pass on yoga in a practical way, so that you can use those principles in your everyday life. I always explain to you WHY. You can experience many approaches to yoga with me -

hormonal yoga ... You will learn simple
relaxation techniques how to switch off our mind for a while and obtain fresh energy.
My goal is to lead you in yoga so that we can enjoy practising together even after 50 years! :o)
